Bacterial Skin Infections

Some bacteria invade normal skin, broken skin or wounds. The most common bacteria to cause skin infections are “Staphylococcus Aureus” and “Streptococcus Pyogenes”. Staphylococcus aureus can cause “Impetigo”, “Folliculitis” and “Boils”. Streptococcus pyogenes can also cause “Impetigo” and “Scarlet Fever”.
